FIELD: medicine; veterinary.
SUBSTANCE: method involves daily flushing of wound surface by ozone-containing medium. Ozonised physiological solution with ozone concentration of 3000-4000 mcg/l is used as ozone-containing medium. Additionally at inflammation stage, at one day interval, paravulnar injections of ozonised physiological solution with ozone concentration of 700-1000 mcg/l are performed. At regeneration stage, ozonised refined vegetable oil with base ozone concentration of 5000 mcg/l is applied daily onto the wound surface, and paravulnar injections of ozonised physiological solution with ozone concentration of 500-700 mcg/l are performed with two day interval.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of infected wound treatment for animals, prevention of complications in the form of propagation of anaerobic and aerobic microbe groups, reduced term of infected wound treatment.
