FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with multiple flow channels, maintaining fluid feed between inlet and outlet holes. Each flow channel includes flow control pipe and elastically collapsible shutting pipe. Each control pipe has the same internal diametre and length correlated to different flow rates. Elastic element for flow shutting is functionally connected to each of shutting pipes and ensures collapse to shut off flow in relevant shitting pipe. Actuator in the housing is used for: (a) selective catching and shifting of one or more flow shutting elements for collapsing to shut off flow in relevant shitting pipe, and (b) selective disconnection of any flow shutting elements. Invention describes infusion system including device for fluid flow rate adjustment.

EFFECT: enhanced precision of fluid flow rate and discharge.
