FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method lies in heating of raw material to temperature 90-100° with formation of steam-gas mixture and its removing from tank. Further mixture at rate 0.1-0.5 m/s is fed to heat exchanger - crystalliser, where at temperature 10-30°C crystallisation of naphthalene carbons is carried out. After that, mixture is directed though layer of carbonic sorbate at rate 0.1-0.3 m/s for carbons sorption. During heating of heat exchanger pipes crystals of naphthalene carbons are removed from their surface. Layer of carbonic sorbate is regenerated with water steam. Device contains respiratory branch pipe of tank with heat exchanger - crystalliser. Inside heat exchanger there are pipes in form of coil pipe, which are connected by entrance branch pipe with water and water steam sources, and output branch pipe - with condensate collecting system and water line of lower pressure. Sorption filter, connected with removable fan, is placed on heat exchanger. For sorbitol regeneration, adapter with distribution grating, placed on sorption filter, is used.
EFFECT: efficient catching of carbons from steam-gas mixtures.
