FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises: a reactor equipped with an auger and located in a heating chamber, a thermal decomposition unit, a burner, a condenser, a cyclone filter, devices for discharging solid residue and withdrawing vapour-gas mixture. The reactor is made in the form of two identical sections placed in horizontal plane and connected in parallel along lateral surface. The thermal decomposition unit is made in the form of augers with heating pipes installed on axis and placed in each section of the reactor. Along the whole length of each auger, parallel to the corners of the equilateral triangle in contact and perpendicularly to the side surface of the heating pipe there are plates, and a tubular coil is installed inside each heating pipe. A cylindrical furnace is directly connected to one end of each pipe and equipped with an evaporator and a burner installed at the end of the furnace tangentially to the furnace side surface and perpendicular to its axis. A condenser output is connected to liquid fraction separator for hydrocarbons and water, each tubular coil is connected with its inlet to evaporator outlet. Evaporator inlet is connected to water outlet from the separator. Outlet of each coil is connected to the reactor, other end of each heating pipe is connected to inlet of the heating chamber, the device for withdrawal of vapour-gas mixture is made in form of two perforated pipes with plugged inlet which are placed in the upper part of the reactor on one in each element thereof. The cyclone filter is equipped with a heating jacket, which input is connected to the output of the heating chamber, and the output of the heating jacket is connected to the air heater input, the output of the air heater is connected to chimney. The input of the air heater heating chamber is connected to atmosphere and connected to the heating pipe, the outputs of the perforated pipes are connected to the inlet of the cyclone filter, with a filter element in the form of a bag of heat-resistant carbon fiber equipped with a shaking device. The output of the cyclone filter is connected to the input of the condenser, the output of the condenser is connected to the heating pipes through gas, the device for discharging solid residue is connected to the input of the magnetic separator which is connected to electrostatic separator by its output.

EFFECT: improvement of quality, reduction of energy costs for the processing.
