SUBSTANCE: rail vehicle includes a body (1), bogies with wheelsets and wheel flange lubricators (7). Pneumatic cylinders (9) are fixed on the side frames of one of the bogies in the longitudinal axis plane of one of its wheelsets. The cylinder pistons are spring-loaded against their housings, and their rods (10) are fitted with shoes (11) with solid-lubricant inserts, which come in contact with wheel flanges (8). A pneumatic control spool device (13) is installed on the bolster (2), and pipelines (12) of the device are connected to the pneumatic cylinders on one side and with air brake system control reservoir on the other side, and a spool (14) is linked by a lever (15) to the rail vehicle body.

EFFECT: improved wheelset flange lubrication.
