FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used as home electrolyser for obtaining substances, which stimulate and normalise process in different biological objects from water and water containing liquids, and for obtaining antiseptics. Electolyser contains two porous diaphragms, which divide space of body-vessel into three chambers: cathode, intermediate and anode, distance between porous diaphragms is choosen larger than distance, which fastest cations, torn off by electric field from anode electrode surface, are able to pass during electrolysis of water and water containing liquids.

EFFECT: improvement of catholyte quality.
