SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soap-producing manufacture. The proposed method includes saponification of a set of fats by a mix of sodium hydroxide and water at a room temperature and atmospheric pressure inside the reactor with slot-like gaps with circulation of reactionary mass at shear stress of 50-900 kg/cm2. Note that the aforesaid slot-like gap size varied from 0.1-4 mm.
EFFECT: increase of concentration of finished product without additional power consumption and lower production costs.
