FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry and can be used for gas recovery and water desanding and other decontaminating. Method for making well screen consists in filter cell preparation by long slotting on internal surface of slotted filter cell, combined with spiral shaped slotting on external surface thereof. Slot is calibrated with V-edged deforming roller. Simultaneously with adjacent slot is calibrated with plain calibration roller. Filter cell is mounted on perforated pipe.
EFFECT: simplified filter making method and improved purification efficiency.
