FIELD: heating, fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and particularly to solid fuel gas generating systems to be used in other economical branches where pressurised gas production is required. The method of unitary solid fuel combustion in the liquid medium consists in the fuel representation in the shape of cylindrical cartridge and positioning mainly in vertical direction with its fixing in the lower part. Then the components are set to fire by means, for example electrical igniter which is installed on the top of cartridge. The structure is covered with thermal resistant cup being in the inverted position covering the top part of cartridge. The thermal resistant cup is selected to have negative buoyancy.
EFFECT: more even rate of combustion products cooling and higher stability of lifting mechanisms.
