FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for spraying of liquids, solutions. Acoustic nozzle for spraying of solutions comprises body with gas-jet acoustic transmitter installed inside in the form of nozzle and resonator, tube for supply of air and liquid. Body is arranged in the form of vertically installed cylindrical sleeve, in upper part of which cover is provided, and tubes for supply of accordingly air and solution are installed perpendicular to body axis, besides inside the body, coaxially to it, air flow swirler is rigidly fixed, and lower part of body comprises distributing washer with at least two throttling openings with "d" diameter that contacts via gasket with gap "s" to throttle orifice having tapered surface, creating annular nozzle, at that lower part of body ends with bushing with at least two inclined throttling openings of "d₁" diameter for supply of solution and socket for discharge of dispersed mixture, besides in distributing washer, coaxially to it, rod is installed with deflector of "d₂" diameter inverted to the socket side, and threaded tailpiece with cap performing functions of axial guide device for air vortex flow. Ratio of distributing washer throttling openings "d" diameter to "d₁" diameter of throttling openings installed on tapered surface, lies within the optimal range of values: d/d₁=1.0÷2.0; ratio of distributing washer throttling openings "d" diameter to clearance "s" between distributing washer and throttle orifice, lies within optimal range of values: d/s=1.5÷2.5; ratio of "d₂" diameter of deflector inverted to socket side to clearance "s" between distributing washer and throttle orifice, lies in optimal range of values: d₂/s=5.5÷8.5.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
