FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of providing security of armaments and military equipment against air and space reconnaissance in visible, radar and IR ranges. The proposed combined false target represents a full-scale inflatable prototype of a military object furnished with a radio-reflecting coat, a camouflage painting and a thermal radiation source representing electrical heaters built in the false target material. Note that the aforesaid heaters are arranged in several lines and columns. Note also that the said target additionally incorporates a thermal controller and thermal controller control unit storing the thermal images of the simulated aforesaid prototype peculiar for its particular operating conditions. The thermal controller outputs are connected to the heaters arranged so that the area a heater occupies is heated uniformly. In compliance with the algorithm entered into the thermal controller control unit and with stored thermal images, the aforesaid control unit generates signals to control the said thermal controller.
EFFECT: individual dynamic control over temperature of each heater to allow creating thermal images identical to those of simulated objects.
