FIELD: physics, measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns measuring technics, in particular, devices for definition of performances of transmission with flexible communication for definition of tension of flexible belt depending on pulley wrapping angle. Device contains pulleys erected on case with belt, elastic sensing devices with strain-gauge indicators and the registering gadget, the computing block which exit is related to the registering gadget. Thus the leading pulley is related with the balanced electromotor erected on a supporting arm, to the anchored emphasis which has possibility to interreact with an elastic sensing device and the indicator of hour type. The mechanism of measuring of tension of belt is executed in the form of related among themselves by means of dynamometer of the warrant and cross slide, last has possibility of dilatational travel by means of a screw gear in guiding the warrants on which the loading device executed as a magnetic character brake is erected, thus on it the lever which interreacts with a corresponding elastic sensing device is anchored, and the arbour of the loading device is jointed with the arbour of a conducted pulley, thus the warrant has possibility to be stopped by the screw. Also in the device the rack with a groove in which one or two tension pulleys are erected with travel possibility in a transverse direction is in addition erected with possibility of travel along a belt, and on a rack the goniometer is disposed, and on face parts of pulleys collectors of contact devices for removal of a signal by tachometres are located.
EFFECT: possibility of determination of performances of belt drive, convenience in operation in the educational purposes at carrying out of laboratory operations.
