SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication engineering. System and method of active call transfer of dual-mode terminal connectable to wireless network (LAN), and mobile communication are provided. Method includes stages whereat in mobile communication packet data server, IP address is assigned for dual-mode terminal connected to service network; in packet data server, tunnelling path to wireless LAN is set when dual-mode terminal moves from mobile communication network to wireless LAN; in packet data server, tunnelling path to wireless LAN is separated; tunnelling path to the other packet data server is set with Internet protocol (IP) address is set to be packet data server when dual-mode terminal moved from wireless LAN to mobile communication. Technical result consists that the terminal which moves from mobile communication 3G to wireless network in active mode, supports existing IP address appointed from active mobile system 3G so that the terminal can support top-level session.

EFFECT: ensured system and method of active call transfer of dual-mode terminal connectable to wireless network (LAN) and mobile communication.
