Method involves stages consisting in scanning base neighbours adjoining service base station, acquiring data of base neighbours, comparing data size of base neighbours to that of base neighbours communication frame, generating at least one broadcast message including base neighbours data, resulted from comparison, configuring broadcast message fields according to data of broadcast message generation, and transferring broadcast message including configuration fields, using service base station, and transferring broadcast message including configuration fields.
EFFECT: generation and MS of fragmented broadcast message enabling base neighbour data BWA-communication.
