FIELD: communication system with wideband wire-free access.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the following steps: data transmission of quality channel communication, which information shows periods of channels of quality channels from active banner circuit and information on measurement of channel's quality is measured, which information relates to individual qualities of channels of neighbor banner circuit and active banner circuit. Then signal/noise ration of neighbor banner circuit and active banner circuit is measured according to info on measurement of quality of channels; after it measured signal/noise ratios of neighbor banner circuits are sent to active banner circuit. Method can be used in case when even additional request from mobile user is absent.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
