SUBSTANCE: invention concerns mobile communication systems. The communication system with the broadband wireless access, including serving base station (BS) which transmits in broadcast mode conferring MOB-NBR-ADV to the mobile station (MS) is provided. Also the method of MOB-NBR-ADV conferring configuring which includes addition of a concrete field which determines, whether there is, at least, one information field making conferring MOB-NBR-ADV, to conferring MOB-NBR-ADV, definition, whether one information field is included in conferring MOB-NBR-ADV at least, and definition of bit value of the mentioned concrete field agrees to, whether one information field is included in conferring MOB-NBR-ADV at least is provided.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of use of network resources.
