SUBSTANCE: microencapsulated food ingredient composition for fat-containing products comprises extract of spicy flavoured or wild seeds or herbs, and polyphenol antioxidant as natural flavour- and aroma-forming substances, and edible wax and fat as a casing. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.
EFFECT: preservation of flavour, colour and aroma of fat-containing products subject to refrigeration, prevention of fat component changes and increased storage lives.
