FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: prescribed ingredients are prepared, carrots, white vegetables and onions are cut and browned in melted butter, cauliflower is cut and blanched, lemons are blanched and strained, asparagus and parsley are cut and frozen, chicken and crayfish are cut. The said components are mixed with wheat flour, salt and allspice without oxygen access. The obtained mixture and bone broth are packed, canned and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
