FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: tinned soup of special purpose is prepared by cutting, browning in melted butter, at mincing carrots, white roots and onion, cutting, blanching, and mincing cauliflower, blanching and grating lemons, freezing and mincing asparagus and parsley greens, mincing chicken and crayfish flesh. The specified components are mixed with wheat flour, bone broth, table salt, and CO2-biomass extractors of specified micromitset and pimento. The prepared mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
