FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: garlic and mushrooms are cut, browned in melted butter and minced. Fresh green peas, lettuce, celery and parsley are frozen and minced, paprika is cut, blanched and minced, ham is minced. The above ingredients are mixed with meat and bone broth, salt and CO2-extract of paprika and black pepper. The obtained mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: new canned space food features increased digestibility as compared to similar dish.
