FIELD: household objects and personal effects.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises the following components: main body with inlet and outlet opening, rotary controlled fan and heating element installed on air flow trajectory; and ion generator comprising corona-forming electrode and counter electrode installed on trajectory of bypass channel. Air flow trajectory passes from inlet opening to outlet opening. Bypass channel trajectory differs from air flow trajectory and leads to ion emission opening. Besides device comprises protection installed in ion emission opening, with hole through which ions are passing, and also one or more projections provided at back surface of protection. Projections are in contact with counter electrode installed closer to protection compared to corona-forming electrode. Protection is grounded via counter electrode.

EFFECT: user safety during operation, no necessity to arrange separate grounding line.
