SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Electric motor car comprises body, running gear with suspension, drive and driven wheels, storage battery compartment, power plant, auger pump and controls. Power pant is made up of atmospheric ionic engine with rotary engine. Rotary engine outlet chamber communicates with cavities of several identical ionic pumps. Storage batteries represent high-voltage nuclear-isotope cells. Said cells comprise tight case and emitter. Emitter output terminal is isolated from said case and brought outside. Atmospheric air makes engine working body. Hydraulic transmission auger pump communicates with ionic engine shaft. Rotary engine is coupled with cardan shaft and motor car rear axle. Pump and engine are communicated via pipelines with oil tank and spool valve switch.
EFFECT: simplified servicing, longer life.
