FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to predict development of postoperative complications in local cold trauma of III-IV degree of distal segments of lower extremities. Involved limb is subjected to instrumental examination. Before the beginning of the treatment, the patients are subjected to a skin stimulation electroneuromyography of the limb with pulses in range of 10–35 mA, duration of 200–300 ms. M-response amplitude is determined. Coefficient of developing complications is calculated by formula: K=1.7*AMA-0.65, where AMA is M-response amplitude (mV), 0.65 is constant of linear regression equation, 1.7 is coefficient of linear regression equation. If K is less than 1.0, early postoperative complications are predicted.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying prediction of postoperative complications in local cold trauma ensured by determining a complication rate.
