FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, particularly to surgery and intensive therapy, and can be used in predicting seriousness of intoxication in patients with local freezing injury. The essence of the invention lies in laboratory analysis of blood. In the early reactive period of the injury, lymphocytic-thrombocyte adhesion is determined and if its value is greater than 40%, development of heavy intoxication is predicted.
EFFECT: efficient determination of development of heavy intoxication in patients in the early reactive period of local freezing injury and more accurate prediction.
