FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: operative access method for deep femoral artery autovenous bypass proximal anastomosis formation during infrainguinal arterial reconstructions comprises access by Chervyakov's method. The mobilized proximal segment of the great saphenous vein is occluded with a vascular clamp and withdrawn upwards or sideways from the wound. Along the bed of the great saphenous vein a deep piece of fascia lata is dissected. The hip adductor longus muscle is withdrawn medially, the superficial femoral artery and vein - laterally. The bifurcation of the common femoral vein and the venous angle formed by the deep and superficial femoral vein and its bifurcation are exposed. The proximal and middle segments of the deep femoral artery located between veins is selected, the deep femoral artery is mobilized, the great saphenous vein is fed to the artery and the proximal anastomosis is formed "end to side".
EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment.
