FIELD: technological processes; physics.
SUBSTANCE: raw material is supplied via nozzle 8 in device of raw material introduction 1, where it is supplied on grid 3 and via openings 11 it gets to channels 12 of honeycomb 4 and further along these channels arrives to conic distributor 6. Being evenly distributed in annular zones, raw material gets to distributing plate 16. Conic distributor 6 is arranged in the form of several, mostly 3 or 4, conic petticoats coaxially installed with radial gap one into another. Invention makes it possible to provide even velocity field at the inlet to distributing plate 16 and to eliminate effect of high temperature and high velocity flow of raw material at internal walls 20 of reactor.
EFFECT: higher resistance and efficiency of reactor.
