FIELD: equipment for distributing flow of gas-liquid mixture, may be used in axial-type reactor construction employed in chemical and petroleum-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: tubular distributor of fine-dispersion plate consists of cylindrical branch pipe and splitter formed as perforated disk. Perforation density constitutes 15-27% of disk area. Splitter is secured to branch pipe so that distance between ends of branch pipe and disk is within the range of 0.95-1.05 the diameter of effective section of channel for gas-and-liquid mixture, and diameter of disk is selected within the range of 1.3 to 1.75 the diameter of flow-through section of said channel.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by equalized velocity field in cross-sectional plane of reactor in zone where flow enters catalyst layer.
