FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for supply voltage forming for output stages of crucial signals with preset probability of transfer of output signals in passive condition during failure of device responsible for their forming. Device contains control channels, protection cascades each of which is controlled by intactness signal from respective control channel. Each of protection cascades contains additional control circuits testing condition of protection cascades keys signals from which are received by processing channels where their temporal values are compared with preset values or values determined by preset algorithm. Basing on this comparison conclusion is drawn on serviceability of devices participating in supply voltage forming for output stages of crucial signals.

EFFECT: increase of safety of forming of crucial signals, decrease of probability of forming of active signals during failure of devices, decrease of probability of forming of exuberant permissive values in railway signaling devices.
