FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns powder metallurgy. Particularly it concerns material, able for wear by attrition, containing of metallic alloy on the basis of nickel and/or cobalt, not containing oxides, or form ceramics. Material contains closed pores with equivalent diameter 50-100 mcm and/or taking out on surface. For material receiving it is prepared homogeneous mixture made of sintered and organic binding agent. If necessary it is additionally introduced effective quantity of solid lubrication particles and/or particles of solder material. Mixture is formed by means of pressing or casting under pressure in the form which, if it is necessary, is outfitted by lugs. From formed blank it is removed binding agent and at least is partially consolidated by means of sintering in nonoxidising atmosphere.
EFFECT: receiving of material, allowing well ability for attrition, resistance against temperature of operation and erosion.
