SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Valve gate of increased leak proofness and vibration resistance with reinforced fixing for vessels and apparatus operating under internal or external pressure comprises a cylindrical band fixed on the casing of a vessel or an apparatus where a reinforced buttress thread is made, the same mating thread is made on the spur gear which is screwed onto the band by it. The valve gate cover and casing are fitted with flangings directed in opposite sides with an X-shape gasket set between them and flapping grips set regularly and circumferentially. The spur gear is engaged with a long spur gearwheel mounted at the shaft connected to manual and mechanical drives. In a closed position of the valve the spur gear side ridge is pressed against the end face of the external power ring with the inner cone part of the latter resting against the grip back. In the open position the external power ring back part is centred on the side guiding cylindrical ridge of the spur gear, and its front part is centred and held by a return-supporting device comprising a ridge set on the ring circle and a L-shaped cross-section. The L-shaped corner is mating a cover groove. The cover is fastened by bolts with tightener rods set regularly and circumferentially and fastened by bolts on the side cylindrical ridge. Axial thrust transmitted from the spur gear thread to the band thread is percepted by stops set regularly and circumferentially and mating the slots of both the band and the covering sheet and channel bars welded to the vessel or apparatus casing. The stops are fastened on the band by bolts.

EFFECT: increasing reliability of the valve gate fixing in the operational state.
