SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to transport means for independent movement of disabled people. Diversified transport means for disabled people contains installed on wheels frame, made from longitudinal horizontal and inclined tubes and bearing a seat, and protected by casing drive chain mechanism with cranks, connected with back wheels. And device includes the following mechanisms: lifting-descending of transport means; spreading-contraction of chassis base; rotation of transport means around axis of swivel support plate, as well as upset and rise of seat back.

EFFECT: increase of maneuverability of transport means and improvement of exploitation characteristics in application of device in water closets, as well as optimisation of minimal weight, reduction construction price, simplification of control, increase of reliability in exploitation process.
