SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power production plants incorporating centrifugal wheel converting electrical energy into thermal one. A disk-like wheel represents a casing with a central bore receiving the shaft and with an inlet into radial channels furnished with confusers at the outlet. The housing has sectional elements arranged at the outlet from the radial channels and moving radially from the housing edges, alternating with confusers and representing the blades.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
