SUBSTANCE: device relates to aircraft engineering and is designed for estimating in-flight aircraft to aircraft spacing and their motion parameters. The device comprises two aircraft azimuth metering units, two aircraft flight elevation metering units, two slant range metering units, twelve adders, seventeen multiplying units, cosine calculation unit, four units for square root calculation, indicator, two units for metering angular velocity according to aircraft azimuth, two units for metering angular velocity according to aircraft elevation angle, two radial velocity metering units, which are interconnected in a specific manner to achive the said technical effect.
EFFECT: enhanced operational capabilities of the device due to determination of aircraft velocity vectors; this provides for prediction of aircraft trajectories and more reliable estimation of aircraft hazardous proximity.
