FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention concept consists in the device being designed as containing the following elements: unlock unit (1); output cable (3) for the TV signal transfer to the TV signal receiver; housing (7) with a disconnector module (6) mounted inside it having an input (8) and output (9) terminals for connection of the TV antenna cable (5) and one of the output cables (3) accordingly; readout device scanning the ID code (4) recorded at the unlock unit (1). There is also aperture (10) arranged in the housing to provide for the unlock unit (1) access to the ID code readout unit (4). In addition to that on the housing there is an indicator (2) mounted as well as controls (18) electrically connected to the disconnector module (6). Device design version No 2, apart from the above-mentioned elements and solutions, envisages the disconnector module (6) being equipped with an input terminal (15) for transfer of AV-data of the multimedia device to the TV signal receiver.

EFFECT: efficient control over audio/video devices operating time and broadcast TV programme viewing.
