FIELD: communications engineering, in particular, video-phones with high-frequency commutators.
SUBSTANCE: device has commutator and communication lines, positioned between commutator and transmitting-receiving blocks, modulation and de-modulation block, output signals of which are fed through high-frequency cable to clamps of high-frequency clamp blocks, high-frequency commutator cells, acting as components of high-frequency clamp blocks, also are part of matrices for transmitting information high-frequency signals and signals for calling clients, commutation blocks for horizontal and vertical rows of high-frequency commutator cells, block for client call and control signals, block for determining mechanical parameters, blocks of electronic-mechanical robots and rectifiers block.
EFFECT: higher resistance to interference by means of providing of possibility for client connection without penetration of signals into adjacent client channels, while high-frequency communication lines are screened from each other because mutually intersecting light rays of light diodes in high-frequency commutator do not interfere with operation of each other.
