SUBSTANCE: proposed poultry plucking device incorporates a housing wither oval processing chamber, rotor with a drive and flat-surface booster plate and a cover. The chamber inner surface, cover and plate feature rows of flexible pins arranged helically. Note also that the device comprises a control unit, drive load pickup, actuator with a valve and temperature pickup. The cover inner side accommodates the said booster plate rotating relative to the housing and giving a bulge directed towards the primary plate.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of poultry plucking.
