FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: smoking device includes a drive, a drive shaft with frames suspended thereon, a smoke generator, fans and a cylindrical chamber with a shell placed therein with a clearance relative to its inner surface. Louvres for smoke delivery into the cylindrical chamber are envisaged on the inner wall of the shell. The device contains a mechanism for variation of the angle of the louvres inclination; the mechanism is designed in the form of a globoid with a screw groove on the generatrix formed by way of the circumference arc rotation. A roller, connected to the louvres by way of a double-arm lever and a draw bar, is installed in the groove.

EFFECT: levelling temperature and gas fields on the suspension frames periphery.
