FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of body with smoke and air nozzles, smoke source hold-down mechanism and cylinder disposed on the shaft connected with drive. Device includes container for water, temperature sensor and control unit. Besides device comprises position sensor and operating mechanisms of drive and valve. Cylinder is installed with possibility of forming circular cavity between cylinder and shaft; shaft is hollow and is equipped with thermostat. Shaft cavity is interconnected with cylinder circular cavity and container for water.
EFFECT: improvement of device operating characteristics.
