SUBSTANCE: freezing device includes freezing chamber 1 with chain conveyor 2, cooling plates 9, control unit 12. In the zone of conveyor chain, beyond the limits of freezing chamber, there installed is high-frequency current heater 16, and between itself and freezing chamber - sensor for controlling the dimensions of chain 18, which is connected through control unit 12 to heating element.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device.
