FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating medial osteoarthritis of the knee joint. From additional medial median port, intraosseous introduction of an anchor fixator with diameter of 0.3 cm and length of 3.0 cm at angle of 45° to a longitudinal axis of shin is performed along the middle of a medial edge of a proximal epiphysis of tibia along its whole length. Meniscus extrusion is eliminated by moving it with the help of an arthroscopic probe. Anchor fixation threads are used to fix the meniscus on the medal plateau of the tibia in the area of attachment of its body to the joint capsule in the anatomically correct position. Fibular osteotomy is performed at level of 8.0 cm distally from the head of the fibular bone and its segmental resection 1.0 cm long is performed.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness by relieving pain syndrome, restoring biomechanics in the knee joint, reducing the length of temporary disability and preventing the development of progression of medial gonarthritis due to meniscus centralization.
