FIELD: metallurgy industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to nickel-based alloys intended for being used in aircraft, power industries as filler material in welded constructions in the form of "noodle" or in the form of welding wire. In order to provide increased short-time strength of weld joint at indoor temperature and increased temperature, as well as fire-resistance of welded joints, nickel-based filler material is proposed. Material contains, wt %: carbon 0.05-0.1, chrome 21-24, molybdenum 6.5-7.5, tungsten 6.5-7.5, titanium 1.7-2.1, manganese 0.1-0.5, silicium 0.1-0.3, cobalt 10.5-12.5, magnesium 0.01-0.05, lanthanum 0.01-0.05, and nickel is the rest.
EFFECT: use of proposed nickel-based filler material for welding fire-resistant alloys will allow increasing life time and reliability of welded constructions of hot engine circuit.
