FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: clamping device incorporates the first and second coupling/uncoupling devices. The coupling device incorporates four at leas partially tapered centering pins to be fitted into four slots, arranged in the second coupling device. Both aforesaid devices feature bearing surfaces arranged along the Z-axis to interact after clamping the said coupling devices to determine the second coupling device position relative to the first one along the said Z-axis when both get coupled. The centering pins are arranged so that every one of them is located on only one side surface of appropriate slot. Note that there is a gap between the said centering pin and the other side surface of the slot. In whatever case, the centering pins seat on two pairs of antipodal side surfaces of all eight side surfaces of the four slots.
