DEVICE FOR TISSUE CLOSURE AND MEDICAL INSTRUMENT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B17/04

Abstract RU 2717204 C1

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a surgical device for tissue closure and to a medical surgical instrument containing a surgical device for tissue closure. Surgical device for tissue closure comprises a first clamping base and a second clamping base, a slot for the needle, a pusher unit and a reservoir assembly. First clamping base and the second clamping base can be mutually opened / closed to form a receiving cavity after closing. Each of the first clamping base and the second clamping base comprises a clamping body, a clamping plate fixed in the clamping body, and a channel which is located between the clamping body and the clamping plate and extends from the proximal end to the distal end. Clamping plate is equipped with holes, which are located with intervals from proximal end to distal end and are connected to channel and receiving cavity, and convex blocks, which are located in holes respectively and can approach to clamping housing and move away from it in holes in direction perpendicular to clamping plate. Groove under the needle extends through the convex block from the proximal end to the distal end and communicates with the receiving cavity and is located on the convex block. Convex blocks on the clamping plates of the first clamping base and the second clamping base are staggered from the proximal end to the distal end. Pushing unit can be moved from the proximal end to the distal end in each of the channels for gradual actuation of convex blocks on the clamping plate in the direction from the clamping body. After displacement of the pushing unit to the distal end, the convex block located at the proximal end of the pushing block is disengaged from the pushing block. Tank assembly can be actuated from proximal end to distal end, comprises stapler, pair of needle heads connected with possibility of movement with pusher of staples, and connecting part connected with proximal ends of pair of needle heads. When staple pusher moves from proximal end to distal end, pair of needle heads respectively moves in slots for needles of convex blocks on clamping plates of first clamping base and second clamping base, passes into tissue of tubular organs, gradually pushes the tissue of the tubular organs towards the distal end and collects the tissue of the tubular organs until the distal ends of the pair of needle heads are closed to close tissue of the tubular organs in the purse-string suture. Medical surgical instrument comprises a body of the instrument, said surgical device for tissue closure, detachably connected to the distal end of the body of the instrument, and a trigger connected to the tool body to actuate the surgical device for tissue closure.

EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to ensure the formation of a purse-string suture that passes through a layer of the mucous membrane of human tubular organs and will not easily slip.
