SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning compositions, which also form multipurpose coatings on a clean surface. The objective is to develop a composition, which provides for surface cleaning, as well as moisture-proofing, dirt-proofing and bacterial resistance thereof. Cleaning and multipurpose coatings, which contain cationic tertiary organosilane compound and hydrogen peroxide in aqueous media and provide for waterproofing, dirt-proofing and residual bacterial resistance (versions), are suggested, as well as method for surface cleaning and production of multipurpose coating using the said composition. The said method provides for treatment of various surfaces, including metal, glass, plastic, rubber, porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, concrete, glazed tile, gravel, quartz, enamel, polyurethane, polyester, polyacryl, melamine/phenol resins, polycarbonate, silicious, painted surfaces and wood.

EFFECT: composition, which provides for surface cleaning, as well as moisture-proofing, dirt-proofing and bacterial resistance thereof.
