Disclosed are organosilicon quaternary compounds which are stable during storage (formula 1, where R1=H and/or C1-C4alkyl, R2 = divalent hydrocarbon radical containing C1 to C8 carbon atoms, R3=H or C1-C4alkyl, R4=H or C1-C10 alkyl, R5=C10-C22 saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, and X is a halide, carboxylate, sulphonate, hydroxide, sulphate or phosphate) in form of adducts with urea in form of particles and a method of treating surfaces using said compounds. formula 1. Multifunctional cleaning and coating compositions are obtained using clathrates without loss of properties and advantages of organosilicon quaternary ammonium compounds.
