FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: in the filed of gear and bearing grease lubricants at operating temperatures of -60°C to +120°C. Lubricant contains, wt %: lithium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid 5.5-8.5, lithium soap of stearic acid 5.5-8.5, phenol-type antioxidant additive 0.05-0.15, tricresyl phosphate 3.8-4.2, benzotriazole 0.05-0.2, synthetic hydrocarbon oil remainder to 100. 4-methyl-2,6-ditretbutyl phenol (agydol) is used as antioxidant additive. Polyalphaolefine oil of 3.5-4.5 sSt viscosity at 100°C or isoparaffin oil of 3.0-4.0 sSt viscosity at 100°C is used as synthetic hydrocarbon oil.
EFFECT: improved corrosion resistance of heavy-duty friction assemblies made of non-ferrous metals and alloys thereof.
