SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of a plastic lubricant for heavily loaded sliding friction units with improved tribological characteristics. Grease for heavy-loaded sliding friction units comprising a mixture of soaps of lithium stearate and lithium 12-hydroxystearate, including a monovalent copper oxide (cuprous oxide, Cu2O), low molecular weight polyisobutylene, an antioxidant of the amine type, polyalphaolefin oil and an ester of pentaerythritol alcohol and synthetic fatty acids of fraction C5-C9, according to the invention, contains a mixture of soaps of lithium stearate and lithium 12-oxystearate in a ratio of 1:2, synthetic base oils in a 1:1 ratio, further includes a phenolic type antioxidant for synergistic enhancement of oxidation stability and lead powder to improve tribological characteristics, at the following components ratio, mass%: mixture of lithium stearate and lithium 12-oxystearate 7.5–12.5 (ratio 1:2); monovalent copper oxide (cuprous oxide, Cu2O) 9.5–10.5; lead powder 4.0–6.0; low molecular weight polyisobutylene 1.7–2.3; antioxidant of amine type 0.25–0.35; antioxidant of phenolic type 0.25–0.35; mixture of polyalphaolefin oil with a viscosity of 4–5 cSt at 100 °C and an ester of pentaerythritol alcohol and up to 100 synthetic fatty acids of fraction C5-C9 (ratio 1:1).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a grease for heavily loaded sliding friction units with improved tribological characteristics (improved antiwear and extreme pressure characteristics) and improved stability against oxidation.
