SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plastic lubricant for heavy loaded bearings that contains compound calcium soap containing calcium soap of stearic acid and calcium salt of acetic acid, fine graphite, antioxidant of amine type, antioxidant of phenol type, polyalphaolefin oil with kinematic viscosity at 100°C equal to at least 10 mm2/s and ester of pentaerythritic alcohol and synthetic fatty acids of fraction C5-C9, the compound calcium soap additionally contains the calcium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid at the weight ratio of the calcium soap of stearic acid, calcium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid and calcium salt of acetic acid 1:(0.2-1.8):(0.1-1.2), with the following ratio of components, wt %: compound calcium soap 7.0-15.0; fine graphite 5.0-20.0; antioxidant of amine type 0.1-3.0; antioxidant of phenol type 0.1-3.0; polyalphaolefin oil with kinematic viscosity at 100°C equal to at least 10 mm2/s 10.0-50.0; ester of pentaerythritic alcohol and synthetic fatty acids of fraction C5-C9 up to 100.
EFFECT: production of plastic lubricant for heavy loaded rolling bearings with improved low temperature and high temperature properties and with improved wear resistance and antiscoring characteristics.
