SUBSTANCE: invention relates to papermaking production. Sewing elements meant for using during the joining of the first and second ends of the fabric of the papermaking machine. At least one of the spiral sewing elements, the first or the second is transparent. Sewing elements are joined forming a channel. Connecting the ends of the fabric of the papermaking machine is carried out with a dowel, which is put into the channel.
EFFECT: providing a very resistant fabric, lack of markings and homogeneous quality of paper.
