SUBSTANCE: invention concerns wastewater treatment. The storm and snowmelt runoff drain and utilisation facility includes water intake portions, inlet wells and water drain pipes. The inlet wells are filled with filtering medium, water drain pipes are fitted with dispensing parts for water distribution over the water storage reservoir filled with filtering medium using perforated water distributors. The facility is capable of filtering the water to be used by plants. In addition, the facility includes drains for draining excessive filtrate into underground accumulator tanks designed for domestic water use and fitted with surface hatches.
EFFECT: increased water treatment efficiency.
